I've been thinking about how and why I began offering behavior change services for not only the children and adults that filled up my caseload but the MOMS who I saw truly putting in the work day-in and day-out throughout all the intensive programing. The delivery of these services has adjusted somewhat since first adding this to my repertoire of offerings; and it's ever-evolving still. I'm swapping out 1:1 live coaching for asynchronous behavior change coaching this spring! Interested in hearing more about what this means or know someone that would be down for that set-up? Respond to this and I'll tell you all about it. Or even better, let's co-work sometime and catch up while knocking out those to-do lists together! |
